Pasta Salad with Vegetables & Italiano Garlic Parmesan
- 1/2 lb farfalle or bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 2 medium zucchini and/or yellow squash, grilled and diced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Ristorante Italiano Garlic Parmesan Vinaigrette*
- Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.Serve immediately or cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
